Conclusion
Presentation is excellent, you can tell they took some time to make the customer feel like they’re opening something that is definitely different. All black box with minimal branding does give it that air of luxury. I love the straps, silicon with a fabric insert feels strong and very comfortable, the watch itself has a good weight on the wrist, not too heavy but you can feel that it’s made of robust material . Nothing looks or feels cheap on this watch. Being a huge fan of wearables and having a considerable collection myself , I can tell you this sits up there with some flagship watches.
It easily connected with my other Huawei devices, just switch the watch on and it automatically detects and does the rest without you doing much except a few promps. Huawei has outdone itself when it comes to their ecosystem, smooth and hastle free connectivity is very Well-done.
I would have loved to give this device full marks however at this price point most devices come with ECG even the Huawei gt3 pro with a ceramic body (absolutely beautiful watch & has ECG *region dependant) so I don’t understand why you would spend this much for less features. Definitely 4.5/5 … Don’t get me wrong I love the watch but the price point is unattractive.
